These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Villa Gonçalo website and booking requests submitted through it.
1. Accommodation identification

2. Website information
The website presents accommodation, features, photographs, amenities, location, base prices and contact and booking-request tools. Information subject to availability or specific conditions is confirmed during the booking process.
3. Booking requests
Submitting a request through the website does not automatically confirm a stay. Booking remains subject to availability, capacity and applicable conditions and is confirmed afterwards.
4. Prices and estimated total
Where an estimated total is shown, it is calculated from the unit base nightly price and the selected number of nights. Final price and conditions are those communicated when the booking is confirmed.
5. Payment
Submitting a booking request through the website does not itself process a payment. Applicable payment conditions are communicated during booking confirmation.
6. Capacity
Occupancy must respect the maximum capacity stated for each accommodation. Guests must provide accurate information about the number of people included in the stay.
7. Check-in and check-out
Unless otherwise confirmed, check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.
8. Accommodation-specific rules
Some rules vary by unit, including bed configuration, outdoor areas, parking or pets. The unit page and booking confirmation should be read together.
9. Changes and cancellations
Specific change or cancellation conditions are communicated during the booking process. Guests should contact Villa Gonçalo to change or cancel an existing booking.
